The course includes stretching and strengthening of the entire musculoskeletal system, sensorimotor training for deep muscles, general strength training, balance exercises and body awareness exercises.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\n    \u003cstrong\u003eOur all-in-one package enables you to quickly and reliably offer a certified prevention course in your studio or practice.\u003c\/strong\u003e\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\n    Certification requires a guideline-compliant professional qualification (e.g. physiotherapist, sports scientist, or certified trainer). This product includes certification for one trainer.
